Summary

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): 

1. End to end ownership of design for a new Coinbase product offering
2. Design of MVP and future vision concepts including payments, payroll, invoices etc.
3. Collaboration across Coinbase teams to launch supporting features - onboarding, multi-user, payment rails, tax, settings etc.
4. Talking to customers to generate insights and influence strategic decision-making

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

1. 7+ years of Product Design experience
2. Exemplary product thinking abilities, solutions oriented, and capable of working autonomously
3. Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users
4. Sharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
5. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experience
6. Thrives in fast-paced (sometimes ambiguous) environment
7. Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
8. Low ego, loves to collaborate, and open minded
9. Interest in crypto and/or financial products

Nice to Have:

1. Experience in fintech (B2B preferred but consumer also ok)
2. Experience with building on sophisticated product platforms with extensive cross-team collaboration
3. 0 to 1 experience with new product launches - at startup or internal venture bet

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range:

$207,485—$244,100 USD
