We’re looking for a world-class Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of Kraken in the crypto space. This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership: you’ll take on complex, ambiguous design challenges and lead the design and delivery of core experiences within our flagship Kraken app, used and loved by millions of people around the world.

Skills you should HODL

1. 5+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work.
2. Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to take on challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
3. Advanced knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
4. Comfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners.
5. Open-minded and collaborative, with an eagerness to learn from feedback and iterate on designs.
6. Data-informed approach to design decisions, balancing user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.
7. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and align with stakeholders.
8. Strong familiarity with human-centered design principles and research methods, and a willingness to apply them to improve outcomes.
9. Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently to both peers and non-design audiences.
10. Experience in designing trading products is a plus.
