Summary

The team

The Sr. Manager, Treasury - Product will lead the design, execution, and oversight of treasury infrastructure (i.e. TMS). The role combines strategic ownership of treasury systems with product leadership to support liquidity management, seamless fiat/crypto settlement and enhanced global cash visibility. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial operations, product delivery, with a strong understanding of the evolving needs of a global crypto-native organization.

The opportunity

1. Product Ownership and Delivery
2. Drive the product roadmap for treasury tooling and platform features (e.g., funding rails, real-time cash visibility).
3. Translate treasury needs into product specifications, closely partnering with PDE (engineering) to build, test and launch solutions.
4. Collaborate closely with sales, product, operations, and business development, to understand market requirements and pain points.
5. Ensure that treasury services are integrated into the broader product ecosystem and internal customer experience.
6. Lead product initiatives to support regulated financial offerings.
7. Represent the ‘voice of the customer’ (for institutional and retail clients) when designing treasury services.

9. This role will set the priorities and manage a small team responsible for:
10. TMS implementation and maintenance (Kyriba).
11. Special projects tied to strategic growth initiatives (i.e., new products, rails, etc.).
12. Operational automation and data pipelines.

Skills you should HODL

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
2. 10 years + of Treasury and Product experience, ideally within Treasury, FinTech or Financial Operations
3. Knowledge of Treasury operations, including rebalancing, execution of high value payments, crypto / fiat transactions, etc.
4. Hands on background in crypto liquidity, fiat funding flows, stablecoins, etc.
5. Has prior experience overseeing cash positioning and liquidity planning across bank accounts, legal entities, and wallets to support operational needs, internal hedging and capital efficiency.
6. Experience working within regulated financial platforms
7. Product mindset with a strong ability to translate operational workflows into scalable systems
8. Experience with Kyriba, Fireblocks, Anchorage etc.
9. Experience managing high performing teams in a fast paced environment
10. Demonstrable knowledge and passion about bitcoin and cryptocurrency with a security first mind set
11. Advanced knowledge of the Google suite of products, including Sheets.
