WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Be an ambitious builder, build reliable, scalable and performant Custody systems to support a business that uses crypto to deliver an innovative experience to customers.
2. Participate in the full software development lifecycle by capturing requirements, using sound software design principles, and ensuring operational excellence with unit and integration testing.
3. Work with wider technical teams on the design, deployment and continuous improvement of backend applications.
4. Continuously raise our standard of engineering excellence by implementing and driving standard processes for coding, testing, and deployment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

1. 3-5 years of hands-on software development experience on large-scale, transactional systems with a focus on robust software design, scalability, and security.
2. Demonstrated ability in software engineering with Rust or .Net development in an agile based environment.
3. Experience developing APIs and SDKs and working with databases(SQL/NoSQL) and message queues.
4. Experience with cloud-based technologies and frameworks such as AWS or Azure.
5. Experience with container schedulers and runtimes such as Docker or OCI running on Kubernetes.
6. Intellectual curiosity - you love to dig into how things work and understand how to improve and scale them
7. You thrive on autonomy, responsibility, and owning your work, end-to-end
8. A positive attitude and a passion for sharing knowledge within your team and organization
9. Eagerness to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
