Duties/Responsibilities

As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence, driving engagement, and amplifying our reach across various social media platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing an innovative social media strategy that aligns with our main objectives.
• Creating captivating and shareable content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Managing all social media channels, monitoring performance, and leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Engaging with our online community, fostering positive relationships, and responding to comments and inquiries.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure our strategies remain ahead of the curve.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• Proven experience (2 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• A deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create engaging copy.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and derive insights.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop unique and effective campaigns.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
