This is a rare opportunity to own the narrative at one of the most important inflection points in tech. The conversation about AI agents, trust, and verification is happening right now — and it needs a clear, credible, exciting voice. That's this role.

You'll own and scale Eigen Labs' social presence — with a sharp focus on AI and the narratives that matter most to builders, researchers, and the people shaping the next internet. You'll be the operator behind (and sometimes in front of) our exec voices: crafting posts, shaping opinions, moving in real time, and building durable mindshare in one of the most signal-dense corners of the internet.

You'll be chronically online, deeply opinionated, and genuinely excited about what we're building. You stay on top of agentic content the moment it surfaces — and you know how to translate it into formats that land on X, TikTok, and Instagram. You'll grow what we have, rethink what we could be, and bring the taste and wit to make Eigen Labs impossible to ignore.

The ideal candidate is based in Seattle or aligned with PST, and willing to travel to Seattle on a regular cadence.

What You'll Do

1. Own social strategy — define voice, content pillars, channels, cadence, and growth loops (reply strategy, quote-tweet patterns, meme language, distribution tactics)
2. Amplify exec voices — draft and edit posts and threads for key spokespeople; develop distinct "voiceprints" per exec
3. Rapid response + issues management — monitor AI narratives; respond quickly to FUD and misinformation; coordinate internally on sensitive topics
4. Run narrative campaigns — execute launches and multi-week arcs (product, research, ecosystem, partnerships) with clear goals and measurable outputs
5. Community engagement — be in the trenches: replies, quote tweets, relationship-building with major accounts, builders, and media
6. Agentic content and AI tooling — stay on the leading edge of AI-native content formats; build and share playbooks for agentic content creation across X, TikTok, and Instagram; use the best AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, production and distribution; be the internal expert on what's emerging and how to use it
7. Content production — write punchy posts, threads, memes, and explainer content that makes complex ideas legible and exciting
8. Cross-functional coordination — align with comms, product, research, BD, and legal to ensure accuracy, timing, and risk control
9. Analytics + iteration — track performance (impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, clickthrough, sentiment) and adjust weekly
10. Influencer and ecosystem relationships — identify, engage, and where appropriate, hire influencers and key voices to extend our reach

1. AI-native with a track record of growing accounts — personal or brand — in the AI or tech space; you have a portfolio and we can see your work
2. Elite copywriting: concise, witty, incisive — can do memes without being cringe; we're not embarrassed by how you write
3. Strong instincts for timing, tone, and narrative — you understand the game and how to win it
4. Deeper understanding of AI tools and agentic content worklflows — you follow what ElevenLabs, Anthropic, and the best AI-native creators are doing and can apply those patterns to our channels
5. Genuinely curious about agentic AI tools and actively using them to scale your own output
6. Comfort with TikTok and Instagram in addition to X/Twitter
7. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast with imperfect information
8. Direct communicator who hates corporate speak

Nice-to-haves

1. PR or comms experience, including crisis comms
2. Existing relationships with AI influencers, journalists, podcasters, or community leaders
3. Familiarity with regulatory, security, or political contexts in crypto and AI
4. Experience at a YC company or early-stage startup — you know what it means to build with constraints and high stakes
5. Based in or able to relocate to Seattle or SF

The target salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD. The listed range reflects compensation for candidates located in U.S. Tier 1 markets and may vary depending on your location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
