Summary

As an SEO Content Associate at Bitpanda, you will play a key role in shaping and optimising the content across our most impactful landing pages to drive traffic and conversion. You will deliver content, oversee content creation, manage agencies and freelancers, and work closely with the SEO team to ensure our pages rank highly and resonate with audiences across multiple markets.

What you’ll do

1. Manage and continuously optimise the content for Bitpanda’s key landing pages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and conversion focus.
2. Collaborate closely with the SEO team to implement best practices that enhance organic performance and visibility.
3. Support localization of content into multiple languages, ensuring tone, clarity, and compliance with local nuances.
4. Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality content at scale.
5. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and customer needs across different markets.
6. Support the development of new content initiatives and contribute to the refinement of content processes across teams.

Who you are

1. 1+ years of experience in content editing, content management, or digital marketing with a proven track record of managing high-impact web content.
2. Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); additional knowledge of German is a strong plus.
3. Strong understanding of content performance metrics and familiarity with SEO principles.
4. Experience in managing localization workflows and collaborating with translators, agencies, and freelancers is a strong plus;
5. Excellent attention to detail with strong editorial and writing skills.
6. Highly collaborative and proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
7. Strong project management skills and tools (e.g. Jira), with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality work on time.
