Summary

What you'll do

1. Collaborate with our global teams to conduct research on market trends, consumption patterns and competitive positions (e.g. market segmentation and addressable market), to derive findings and recommendations
2. Work with other business units (BD, Marketing, Operations, Product etc), providing strategic support to drive platform growth
3. Data-driven and qualitative analysis to develop key insights and provide impactful recommendations for our business
4. Assist management in updating and preparing key operational metrics, financial models, presentations and investor and board reports
5. Coordinate and facilitate in-house communications and developments across functions
6. Assist with CEO duties as required

What we expect from you

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering or other related
2. Relevant experience in Investment Banking is a must
3. Relevant experience and/or strong interest in crypto industry is a big plus
4. Strong understanding in financial modeling, analysis and planningHigh level of interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Self-driven with a proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities well – Comfortable working in a VUCA environment
6. Entrepreneurial with strong business acumen - ability to articulate analyses and translate to actionable business insights
7. Fluent in English and Chinese for cross-functional communication Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google
8. WorkspaceGood to have but not a must: Python, SQL or other querying languages
