Summary

In this role you'll be working closely with the engineering and GTM team to support customers and maintain the rollup stack offerings and customizations made possible by our leading Rollup-as-a-Service platform. You’ll ensure customers have a white-glove experience onboarding to Conduit, and you’ll be the first line of defense when technical issues pop up that need de-bugging. Your care and attention will make every user feel that they’re safe in our hands.

We value people who can quickly obtain a deep technical understanding, are able to quickly create proof-of-concepts to validate entirely new approaches, and enjoy being self-directed and identifying the most important problems to solve.

As a Solutions Engineer you should:

  1. Enjoy helping others solve thorny technical challenges and have a systematic approach to finding solutions for complex technical challenges
  2. Are deeply curious and eager to continuously learn about web3 tech stacks.
  3. Have strong background in technical services, technical support, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture.
  4. Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments where you can wear multiple hats, adapt quickly, and help build processes from the ground up.
  5. Have worked across multiple layers of infrastructure and are comfortable navigating complex systems end-to-end e.g. container orchestration, compute and storage systems, APIs, and observability/monitoring stacks
  6. Have experience working with highly technical products and customers, especially in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure
  7. Be able to proficiently read and write small bits of code, ideally in solidity and go.
