Summary

You will be responsible for backend development at bitFlyer, a major domestic cryptocurrency exchange. This role requires active communication with various internal departments to build robust systems, including various report functions and output features needed by financial institutions.

■Main Responsibilities - Development of backend systems for the cryptocurrency exchange (C#, ASP.NET) - Leading software architecture - Improving the knowledge level of the engineering team through active knowledge transfer - Designing and developing APIs for web or app services - Development of new products

■Technical Stack / Development Environment - Server-side: C# / .NET / .NET Framework / ASP.NET - Frontend: React / Vue.js / TypeScript - IDE: Visual Studio - VCS: Git / Azure Repos - CI/CD: Azure Pipelines - Monitoring: Datadog / PagerDuty - Others: Slack / Google Meet / Google Workspace / Confluence / Jira

Required Qualifications

  1. Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  2. Knowledge of concurrent and asynchronous programming

Nice-to-have Skills

  1. Over 3 years of development experience with .NET Framework and ASP.NET (C#)
  2. Over 5 years of system development experience
  3. Experience in Web API development
  4. Experience in developing financial systems
  5. Experience in developing large-scale services (ability to design considering load)
  6. Experience as a leader in a development team

Expected Annual Salary

8,000,000 yen to 13,000,000 yen - Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 12 - Breakdown of monthly salary: -- Fixed overtime pay: Equivalent to 45 hours/month = hourly wage + 25% × 45 hours -- Base salary = Monthly salary – Fixed overtime pay - Additional legal overtime, night, and holiday work exceeding 45 hours/month will be compensated separately - Various allowances (commuting, remote work, etc.) provided separately - Performance-based bonus available in addition
