Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

What you'll do

1. Assist in the development, enhancement, and periodic review of risk management policies, procedures, and operational risk frameworks.
2. Spearhead and support risk assessments (RCSA, New Product Risk Assessments) activities to identify and evaluate potential operational risks across key business areas, including business continuity, financial exposures, and third-party/vendor relationships.
3. Ensure timely reporting of Risk Incidents
4. Utilize existing risk management tools and systems to capture, monitor, and analyze operational risk data.
5. Develop and implement practical risk mitigation strategies and control enhancements to address identified risks
6. Promote a strong risk-aware culture through effective risk communication, awareness campaigns, and training programs across the organization.
7. Participate in incident investigations and lead or support root cause analysis to identify key risk factors and recommend control improvements.
8. Prepare, maintain, and present risk dashboards, reports, and other risk-related deliverables to senior management and other stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide risk initiatives and continuous improvement of the risk management function.

What we expect from you

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ORM, CRMA, CISA, CBCP) are a plus.
2. 3–5 years of experience in risk management with strong exposure to operational risk areas.
3. Familiarity with regulatory expectations and risk management standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, BSP Circulars).
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Proficient in risk tools, reporting, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or other risk systems).
6. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and effectively manage competing priorities.
