Limit Break is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead the recruitment efforts for growth at our mobile game studio in Tokyo. You will work closely with multiple recruitment teams to drive effective talent sourcing.

Business Content

● Sourcing candidate resumes for jobs in engineering, IT, and design fields

● Connect with applicants and potential candidates to identify talent and build a pipeline

● Search for talented people without being bound by traditional methods

● Participate in community networking events to promote your employment brand

● Recruiting, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates for appropriate positions

● Build trusting relationships with both candidates and clients and provide continuous follow-up

● Creating job postings and proposing and planning recruitment strategies

● Negotiating employment terms, making an offer, and starting the hiring process

● Provide HR support to employees as needed.

● Work closely with hiring managers to define and organize hiring requirements.

● Passive talent sourcing

● Act as a recruitment expert, providing support and advice to internal partners.

● Collaborate with the recruiting team, other departments, and the talent operations team.

● Build and maintain a candidate network through market research and relationship building

● Leverage data to support hiring decisions

● Manage the entire recruiting cycle to ensure a positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Eligibility

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English (bilingual)

● 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience as an in-house recruiter in the high-tech industry.

● We have a track record of recruiting for various positions, both technical and non-technical.

● Experience with project-based or high-volume hiring

- High multitasking ability and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks accurately and within deadlines
