We’re currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The position is 100% remote and available to anyone self-driven, and, with the experience and capacity to contribute to our vision.

Key responsibilities

1. Take ownership of projects & new features, and be responsible for their overall quality.
2. Work across teams & with customers to investigate and diagnose issues.
3. Creating test plans for new products, and maintaining and expanding plans for existing products.
4. Continuously analyze working processes; suggest and implement improvements.
5. Document issues in our bug-tracking software, while communicating the issue effectively.
6. Work with developers to help them understand, debug, and reproduce issues.
7. Help us improve our test automation framework.
8. Implement automated tests for new features and help to maintain our test automation suite.
9. Assist with manual / regression testing & bug fix verification
10. Monitor information channels to detect and report emergent issues.
11. Provide non-functional quality feedback such as performance & UI/UX improvements.

Job requirements

1. At least +4 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance field.
2. Strong experience using an automated testing framework, such as Cypress or Playwright.
3. Strong experience with app and API testing.
4. Comfortable working with CLIs and Git.
5. Previous experience testing AI technology.
6. Knowledge of working with CI/CD pipelines.
7. Flexibility and having the willingness to tackle issues whenever they arise.
8. A self-driven and proactive personality is essential – You will be given significant autonomy to tackle the challenges you’re given.
9. A strong drive to learn – our products are complex, so an inquisitive nature, and a strong desire to acquire information is critical.
10. A strong drive to experiment and discover knowledge independently, but also not afraid to ask questions where needed.
