We're looking for a Product Manager to join the Say team at Robinhood! Product Managers at Robinhood are responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. You’ll partner with experts in design, engineering, partnerships, and operations to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize our financial system.

As a Product Manager on the Say team, you’ll work to develop new products and services that delight and empower public companies and their shareholders.

You will be responsible for ensuring Say's issuer products are uniquely powerful and simple to use for investor relations professionals, corporate secretaries, and more. These products will impact millions of investors and connect shareholders with the companies they own in new and engaging ways. Your contributions will help public companies better reach, nurture, and understand their shareholders.

This role is based in our New York, NY and Menlo Park, CA offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

  1. Own the strategy and roadmap for Issuer Products, aligning product investments with revenue goals and customer outcomes.
  2. Conduct structured research with investor relations, corporate secretary, and communications teams to identify unmet needs and workflow inefficiencies.
  3. Perform market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and feature prioritization within the enterprise fintech SaaS landscape.
  4. Partner with engineering and design to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage tradeoffs, and deliver releases on a predictable cadence.
  5. Lead 0→1 product initiatives, including validating problem statements, testing solutions, and measuring adoption and impact after launch.
  6. Define and monitor product analytics to evaluate usage, retention, and customer value.

What you bring

  1. 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise or SaaS products.
  2. Experience launching new products or major features from concept through market release.
  3. Strong product judgment, with the ability to prioritize using customer insights, data, and business context.
  4. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams.
  5. Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing complex initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.

Base Pay Range:

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$166,000 - $195,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$146,000 - $172,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$129,000 - $152,000 USD
