Summary

As a Product Manager, you will build a platform that makes digital asset management more efficient. You’ll work closely with B2B clients, uncover their real needs, and align them with company priorities, turning insights into a clear roadmap that drives product success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and customer development to uncover needs and validate ideas with clients.
  2. Drive key product and business metrics (e.g., activation, retention, revenue, trading volume).
  3. Roadmap management, plan releases and manage the full product launch lifecycle
  4. Product development requirements preparation
  5. Collaborate with developers, marketers, and support team to ensure a high-quality user experience

Requirements:

  1. 4–5 years as a Product Manager / Product Owner.
  2. Experience in the B2B segment as institutional investment domains in crypto or traditional finance (FX, CFD, FI) is a plus.
  3. Strong understanding of trading domain, cryptocurrency markets, and exchange APIs.
  4. Proven ability to launch product features to market with measurable results.
  5. Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar) to drive decision-making.
  6. Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and ownership of the full product lifecycle.
  7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  8. Fluent English (C1).
