QuickNode is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing and other departments. The Marketing Operations Manager will implement and manage systems, technology, and analytics to drive efficiency, measure performance, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audiences in the blockchain space.
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes, improve lead generation, and enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Optimize lead scoring and routing processes to maximize the efficiency of the sales funnel.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate and send email campaigns to prospects and customers.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure a unified approach to marketing and overall business success.
- Communicate marketing performance, goals, and insights to stakeholders within the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing technology, recommending and implementing tools that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring alignment with QuickNode's goals.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations.
- B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment and other marketing software
- Clear perspective on martech, data management, and tool optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in Blockchain / Web3.
- SaaS and PLG experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
The base salary ranges and level for this position in the United States are $135,000 - $150,000 USD per year and P4. International ranges, in local currency, will be discussed during the hiring process with applicable candidates.
