About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Analytics to lead our data-driven decision-making efforts and provide strategic insights to drive business growth. This role will be responsible for overseeing the analytics team, managing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to make data-backed recommendations.

What you will do :

• Manage and lead a team of analysts and data engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with company objectives and supports data-driven decision-making
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract valuable insights and trends
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product management, engineering and finance, to understand their analytics needs and provide actionable insights
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data through data validation and quality assurance processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics, and implement improvements to enhance our analytics capabilities

What you should have :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics)
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of driving business results
• 4+ years of experience in team management and leadership
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Strong knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
