Job Description: Join QSTN, a groundbreaking Web3 survey marketplace, as our Senior Full Stack Developer. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with Orrin, our CEO and Founder, to drive the technological and strategic direction of our platform. As a leader within our team, you will manage and mentor a group of developers, ensuring project alignment and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our platform using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS, Tailwind, SurveyJS, MongoDB, AWS, and HTML.
• Utilize your expertise in blockchain technologies, with a focus on NEAR and EVM-compatible chains.
• Engage in strategic planning and implementation, working closely with the CEO to align technological development with company objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a remote team of developers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Full Stack Development and team management.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with blockchain, especially NEAR and EVM-compatible chains. Knowledge of Rust and Web3 is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with a distributed team.

Rate: Negotiable, based on experience.
