Summary
As the Head of Corporate Communications, you are the primary architect of Pintu’s brand reputation and corporate identity. Your mission is to craft a cohesive, authoritative narrative that bridges the gap between our internal culture and the external world. You will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, ensuring that our vision—to realize a cryptocurrency bank for everyone—is communicated clearly and consistently to employees, partners, regulators, and the global investment community
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement end-to-end communication strategies that address both internal (employees, leadership) and external (partners, regulators, investors, industry associations) stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a strong corporate narrative that reflects the company’s vision, mission, and business direction.
- Support executive communication needs, including writing speeches, memos, talking points, and thought leadership pieces for the CEO and leadership team.
- Lead thought leadership initiatives, such as industry articles, speaking opportunities, whitepapers, and conference participation.
- Manage crisis communication plans to ensure clear and timely messaging during sensitive or high-impact situations.
- Ensure effective information flow across departments by aligning messaging and channels, supporting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Tailor messaging and content for different stakeholder groups, including B2B partners, industry organizations, and community programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, PR, HR, Legal, and Product to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging.
- Establish and maintain communication standards (tone, voice, branding, templates) that reflect the company’s identity.
- Measure communication effectiveness, track stakeholder engagement, and monitor the company’s public reputation.
- Continuously improve communication approaches based on feedback, metrics, and business needs.
What we need:
- Have a minimum 7+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Bachelor degree (BSc).
- Preferably in communications / PR / legal.
- Experience in supporting executive communications, thought leadership, and senior stakeholder engagement (e.g., investors, regulators, industry groups).
- Proven experience managing crisis communication and protecting company reputation.
- Skilled in supporting executive communications, thought leadership, and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent writtenand spoken communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
