Summary

As the Head of Corporate Communications, you are the primary architect of Pintu’s brand reputation and corporate identity. Your mission is to craft a cohesive, authoritative narrative that bridges the gap between our internal culture and the external world. You will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, ensuring that our vision—to realize a cryptocurrency bank for everyone—is communicated clearly and consistently to employees, partners, regulators, and the global investment community

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and implement end-to-end communication strategies that address both internal (employees, leadership) and external (partners, regulators, investors, industry associations) stakeholders.
  2. Create and maintain a strong corporate narrative that reflects the company’s vision, mission, and business direction.
  3. Support executive communication needs, including writing speeches, memos, talking points, and thought leadership pieces for the CEO and leadership team.
  4. Lead thought leadership initiatives, such as industry articles, speaking opportunities, whitepapers, and conference participation.
  5. Manage crisis communication plans to ensure clear and timely messaging during sensitive or high-impact situations.
  6. Ensure effective information flow across departments by aligning messaging and channels, supporting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  7. Tailor messaging and content for different stakeholder groups, including B2B partners, industry organizations, and community programs.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, PR, HR, Legal, and Product to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging.
  9. Establish and maintain communication standards (tone, voice, branding, templates) that reflect the company’s identity.
  10. Measure communication effectiveness, track stakeholder engagement, and monitor the company’s public reputation.
  11. Continuously improve communication approaches based on feedback, metrics, and business needs.

What we need:

  1. Have a minimum 7+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  2. Bachelor degree (BSc).
  3. Preferably in communications / PR / legal.
  4. Experience in supporting executive communications, thought leadership, and senior stakeholder engagement (e.g., investors, regulators, industry groups).
  5. Proven experience managing crisis communication and protecting company reputation.
  6. Skilled in supporting executive communications, thought leadership, and senior stakeholder engagement.
  7. Excellent writtenand spoken communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
