Summary
In this role, you will lead the post launch relationships with retail-facing wallets, exchanges, and applications on the Stellar network, with an eye to helping drive the meaningful use of their products by end users. You will become an expert on Stellar and its partner ecosystem, facilitating connections between ecosystem participants while also working in close concert with SDF’s Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams to scope out new use cases and ideating GTM campaigns. You will also enhance visibility of these partners within SDF by capturing success metrics, roadmaps etc.
In this role, key responsibilities will include:
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with retail enterprise partners, including Wallets, Fintech Applications, and Exchanges, to ensure their continued success within the Stellar ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams from Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and other departments to maintain existing initiatives and identify, implement, and grow new projects.
- Strategic Proposal Development:
- Develop actionable proposals to address product or use-case gaps through strategic enterprise partnerships or in-house solutions.
- Partner Strategy and Ecosystem Development:
- Craft and execute strategies to increase partner adoption of the Stellar network. Develop a deep understanding of ecosystem needs and priorities to guide decision-making.
- Industry Event Representation and Ecosystem Growth:
- Represent SDF and support partners at industry events to raise awareness, promote ecosystem solutions, and foster growth within the Stellar community.
- Internal Leadership and Advocacy:
- Serve as an internal champion for partners, effectively communicating and collaborating across teams to drive initiatives and advocate for ecosystem growth.
You have:
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant account management experience, including work in fintech or related industries.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and exhibit a natural curiosity for exponential technologies.
- Blockchain and Fintech Passion: Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, financial inclusion, and familiarity with the Stellar network.
- Project and Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute complex projects and business negotiations.
- Partner Coordination: Ability to manage relationships with multiple partners simultaneously, ensuring effective communication and execution across various initiatives.
- Results-Oriented Approach: Ability to see projects through to completion, ensuring timely communication of outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborative Leadership: Thrive in a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders, maintaining a high degree of accountability and autonomy.
We offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $145,000 - $205,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
