Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS and a strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices. Ideal candidates have experience in fin-tech, trading, or cryptocurrency environments and thrive in fast-paced, innovative teams. Our tech stack includes AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, and scripting in Bash, Python, and Go.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architect, deploy, backup and maintain scalable, secure AWS environments with a focus on high availability and resilience.
  2. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
  3. Build, enhance, and oversee CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery (GitLab CI, ArgoCD,).
  4. Work closely with development teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and deployment processes.
  5. Implement automated monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and AWS CloudWatch to ensure system reliability.
  6. Apply best practices for cloud security, including IAM, encryption, and adherence to compliance standards.
  7. Monitor and optimize cloud costs, ensuring resource efficiency.
  8. Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues, conducting root cause analysis.
  9. Deploy, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  10. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability and rapid resolution of critical incidents.additional or optional
  11. Configure and administer relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).

Requirements

  1. 5+ years in DevOps roles, with a focus on AWS environments.
  2. Hands-on experience in deploying and managing large-scale, production-ready infrastructures.
  3. Expertise in AWS services, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  4. Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go).
  5. In-depth knowledge of networking (DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
  6. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
  7. Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  8. Certifications: AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a strong advantage.
  9. Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.
  10. Fluent in English.
