Summary
We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Third Party Response (3PR) team. You will focus on building, scaling, and maintaining data solutions that support external regulatory and compliance reporting. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of data to regulators, auditors, and external partners.

You Will
- Design, develop, and mainttain BI pipelines, dashboards, and reporting assets that support regulatory and external data reporting.
- Partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering to translate regulatory requirements into clear data deliverables.
- Ensure data integrity and auditability by establishing robust documentation, validation, and QA processes for all reporting.
- Respond to ad-hoc regulatory requests and audits, balancing accuracy with speed under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Infrastructure teams to automate and scale recurring reporting processes, reducing reliance on manual work.
- Contribute to a centralized reporting dictionary and knowledge base for regulatory deliverables.
- Monitor changes in regulatory expectations and proactively adapt reporting approaches.
- Provide insights and context around regulatory data to stakeholders, highlighting risks, anomalies, or trends.
You Have
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering
- Background in financial services, fintech, or regulatory reporting
- Expertise in SQL and large-scale data sets
- Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, etc.)
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for automation
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CFPB, FDIC) and experience supporting audits/exams
- Experience working with Legal, Compliance, or Risk teams

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
