Summary

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute GTM strategy in LATAM covering key responsibilities, strategic steps, and operational execution
  2. Establish strategic partnership with target accounts eg : exchanges, banks/neobanks.
  3. Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  4. Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments - product, legal, and research to ensure smooth deal closure.
  5. Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Institutional sales, particularly in Tradfi/Crypto
  2. Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD).
  3. Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes.
  4. Bilingual Portuguese/English, Proficiency in Spanish would be a big plus
  5. Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
  6. Highly self-organized and disciplined.
  7. Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
