Summary

What you'll do

  1. Account Management & Business Development: Manage assigned key accounts by providing tailored solutions that drive growth. 
  2. Built and nurtured relationships with C-level executives, ensuring alignment with the Partners' and Coins’ goals. 
  3. To lead business reviews to optimize performance and uncover new partnership opportunities.
  4. Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead partner conventions, financial literacy sessions, and trade activations, driving business growth. Executed nationwide campaigns to increase visibility and customer engagement.
  5. Business Analysis & Reporting: Deliver market insights, track trends, and analyze key performance metrics, offering actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.

What we expect from you

  1. With more than 5 years of experience in business development and account management in different industries. 
  2. Proven track record of generating leads and supporting client acquisition efforts.
  3. Good knowledge and client relationships of fiat payment networks in all industries. 
  4. Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to build and sustain professional relationships, with a strong focus on customer service.
  7. High attention to detail and a collaborative team player.
  8. Ability to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.
  9. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
