About Us : The PR Genius is a leading PR and growth marketing agency for Web3 and crypto projects. We've scaled to a team of 20 people by helping the most ambitious projects get seen, heard, and adopted through powerful press, Twitter growth, KOL campaigns, and more. Now, we’re looking for a high-performance Sales Closer & Lead Generation Specialist to join our fully remote team.

Role Overview : You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals and nurturing relationships. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who knows crypto, understands agency services, and is hungry to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  1. Own and execute the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and closing
  2. Book, run, and close sales calls with warm and cold leads
  3. Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, follow up, and maintain deal momentum
  4. Work closely with leadership to refine offers and improve the sales process
  5. Prospect potential clients through outbound campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels
  6. Maintain organized records and regularly report on KPIs and deal flow
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success

Requirements

  1. 3–4 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in an agency or service-based business)
  2. Solid understanding of crypto, blockchain, and the PR/marketing landscape
  3. Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals ($5k+)
  4. Familiar with CRMs (like HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and diligent about follow-ups
  5. Proactive, hungry, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  6. Experience in lead generation, outreach, and nurturing outbound prospects
  7. Bonus: Previous experience at a PR, marketing, or creative agency in the crypto/Web3 space
