● Creation of in-game character models based on concept art and designs

● Direction, mass production outsourcing management, quality control, schedule management

● Character implementation and look adjustment in Unity

● Collaborate with other departments (animation, programming, design) to build modeling and workflows that take into account animation rig and game engine specifications.

Required skills

● Practical experience in 3D character modeling in the game industry (5 years or more)

 ● Must have experience developing at least one game title from scratch in the game industry. 

● Practical experience as a Character Modeler Lead or Senior Character Modeler

● Proficiency in DCC tools such as Maya and Blender

● Those who understand the PBR workflow

● Experience in creating character models using NPR (Non-Photorealistic Rendering)

● Texturing using Substance Painter / Photoshop

● Experience implementing with game engines such as Unity

● Experience in directing task management and quality control of deliverables for external and internal vendors.

● Experience using version control tools such as Git

● Skills applicable to both realistic and stylized styles.

● Experience in creating character facial rigs and blend shapes

● Sculpting skills using ZBrush
