Summary

The team you will join is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospect conversion, and the growth and servicing of institutional and professional client relationships. Target clients are primarily banks and asset managers interested in establishing and growing their own digital asset offerings. Our services offered include digital asset trading, custody, and staking.

This role is focused specifically on identifying qualified leads for institutional client relationships to enhance Crypto Finance’s market position. Once leads are identified, the (Senior) Sales Manager collaborates internally and with prospects to establish a viable commercial proposition, laying the groundwork for a successful client onboarding.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new qualified leads among financial institutions within the target markets
  2. Execute a systematic sales process, leveraging CRM tools for pipeline and prospect management
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to convert leads into active clients
  4. Build and grow the institutional sales pipeline, focusing on custody, trading, and value-added services
  5. Leverage your existing network of banks and financial institutions in Switzerland and the EU with a specific emphasis on Eastern European areas
  6. Represent Crypto Finance at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and build strategic relationships
  7. Provide feedback and market insights to improve our service offering
  8. Support account management with RFPs, marketing activities, and cross-selling opportunities
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
  10. Explore and develop new sales channels, platforms, and partnership opportunities

Requirements

  1. 2–5+ years of institutional sales experience in banking, custody, financial data, or a similar field
  2. Growing and/or established client network within financial institutions (banks, custodians, asset managers) in Switzerland and/or Europe
  3. Strong relationship-building skills and a results-driven approach
  4. Natural networker with a talent for identifying and building new business relationships
  5. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  6. Proven interest in blockchain and digital assets, especially crypto markets
  7. Comfortable attending/organizing conferences, events, and roadshows
  8. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  9. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  10. Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in a second European language is essential (Slavic languages and French preferred)
