Summary

Duties/Responsibilities

1.Business Development & Client Support:

  1. Support the identification and prospecting of new regional clients (including miners, mining farms, and crypto-related businesses) under the guidance of senior team members.
  2. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, learning about their needs, and helping provide tailored solutions for mining equipment and operations.

2.Sales & Target Contribution:

  1. Participate in the execution of regional sales strategies to help achieve team sales targets for mining rigs.
  2. Learn to negotiate sales terms and assist in closing deals to support revenue growth.

3.Power Resource Research:

  1. Conduct research on global power resources (e.g., hydro, solar, wind) in key mining regions to support client mining projects.
  2. Collaborate with team members and external partners to gather information on power availability, cost, and regulations.

4.Market & Industry Learning:

  1. Develop an understanding of crypto-mining market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes through training and mentorship.
  2. Assist in preparing regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work with internal teams such as product, operations, and customer support to facilitate order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  2. Coordinate with finance and other departments to support client billing and operational processes.

Required Skills

1.Education & Background:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Finance, or a related field. New graduates are welcome.

2.Industry Interest & Basics:

  1. Basic understanding or strong interest in Bitcoin mining, blockchain technology, and energy markets. Training will be provided.
  2. Any academic or internship experience related to energy sourcing, crypto, sales, or international business is a plus.

3.Skills & Abilities:

  1. Strong willingness to learn sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team and collaborate across cultures.
  3. Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean is a strong advantage.
  4. Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable to a fast-paced global environment.
  5. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn CRM tools.

4.Other Preferences:

  1. Openness to occasional domestic and international travel (approx. 20–30%) for client meetings, industry events, and training.
  2. Interest in developing knowledge of international trade procedures and logistics.

Education and Experience
