About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Community Moderator to maintain our online communities while actively driving engagement and growth.

You'll be responsible for both maintaining community standards and implementing strategies to boost participation, retention, and overall community health.

Key Responsibilities

Community Moderation & Management

1. Monitor discussions, posts, and comments across Discord and Telegram
2. Enforce community guidelines and handle user reports professionally
3. Remove inappropriate content and manage member conflicts
4. Welcome new members and provide ongoing community support

Campaign Execution & Engagement

1. Plan and execute community campaigns to boost growth and engagement
2. Create and schedule content that drives discussions and member interaction

Growth & Analytics

1. Track and analyse community metrics 
2. Identify trends and opportunities for growth and engagement

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

1. 2 years experience in community management on Discord and Telegram
2. Proven track record of running successful online campaigns and community initiatives
3. Native Russian speaker with strong written and verbal English
