Summary

Role Summary:

You turn fast-moving crypto markets into accurate, entertaining, and compliance-safe educational content that matches each KOL’s voice and improves performance. You will create high-value content by researching narratives, tracking catalysts, and writing articles and video scripts to build repeatable content packs for KOLs, producers, and editors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily and weekly research (financial trends, market narratives, on-chain signals, exchange updates, etc) and identify content opportunities in the Web3 finance/trading niche.
2. Write content across themes and formats with structure, hooks, and retention beats in long and short forms:
3. Financial markets education
4. Crypto trading series
5. AI trading and prediction markets
6. Clients’ financial product reviews, comparisons, and deep dives
7. Produce content kits for filming and editing with key points, b-roll ideas, charts to include, timestamps, visual callouts, etc.
8. Ensure content quality and accuracy by verifying claims and avoiding misinformation.
9. Maintain a research repository of reliable sources, recurring frameworks, evergreen explainers, etc.
10. Contribute to research and workflow automation processes.
11. Collaborate with internal and external teams to adapt content to each client’s positioning and restrictions.

Must-have skills:

1. Strong writing: concise, persuasive, well-structured, with excellent hooks that make the main value stand out and are easy to remember.
2. Solid research discipline: fact checking, source triangulation, summarizing technical info and simplifying complex ideas.
3. Web3 literacy with trading-first fluency: CEX/DEX dynamics, perps/spot, leverage, liquidations, risk management basics.
4. Basic analytics awareness: discovery and ranking, impressions, CTR, AVD, conversions.
5. English level: native or full professional proficiency.

Nice-to-have skills:

1. Familiarity with on-chain tools (e.g. Dune/Nansen/DefiLlama/CoinGecko/CMC).
2. SEO/Blog/YouTube experience (if you also publish long-form).
3. Experience working with compliance/claim policies in finance content.
4. Additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

1. 2–4+ years in crypto research, content production, trading media, or financial journalism.

What success looks like (60-90 days):

1. Consistently deliver high-signal daily/weekly content packs on time.
2. Reduce revisions and content TTM by improving production approach and structure..

Grow content performance by iterating hooks and angles based on results.
