Summary

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management;
  2. Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms;
  3. Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes;
  4. Help with onsite onboarding, and facilitate candidates & employees in the office.

Requirements

  1. At least 1 year of human resource experience independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility;
  2. Quick learner with a positive working attitude Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous;
  3. Able to multitask and work within a timeline;
  4. Excellent English and Mandarin (written and spoken);
  5. Based in Kuala Lumpur.
