Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management;
- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms;
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes;
- Help with onsite onboarding, and facilitate candidates & employees in the office.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of human resource experience independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Quick learner with a positive working attitude Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous;
- Able to multitask and work within a timeline;
- Excellent English and Mandarin (written and spoken);
- Based in Kuala Lumpur.
