Job Type: Full-time, Remote

We are a seed stage start-up building a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol for institutional traders. We are currently in stealth mode and raising our seed round. This is why we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Quantitative Developer to join our early-stage DeFi startup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing quantitative models and strategies for our DeFi protocol and products.

We will be able to share more information with you such as Litepaper and brief on a call.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop quantitative models for our DeFi protocols and products
• Implement and back-test trading strategies using historical data
• Optimise and fine-tune quantitative models and strategies
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate quantitative models into our platform
• Continuously monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in quantitative development, preferably in the DeFi or crypto industry
• Strong programming skills
• Experience with quantitative trading and back-testing
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols and market trends
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
