Summary

As a QA Engineer at Flipster,

You will play a key role in ensuring a reliable and seamless trading experience for our users. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards across our global exchange platforms, including both web and mobile. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers (Android, iOS, and Web) to proactively shape service direction, influence quality-related decisions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.

Location : This is a global remote position. 

Responsibilities

1. 3–8 years of experience in QA.
2. Ensure product quality with a strong sense of ownership throughout the QA process.
3. Define test strategies and plans, and independently execute testing activities.
4. Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes and product quality, and apply improvements in practice.
5. Define quality metrics and establish measurable quality standards.

Qualifications

1. Experience in QA for Mobile(iOS/Android) and Web platforms.
2. Experience contributing to QA activities throughout the full software development lifecycle from a quality and testing perspective.
3. Ability to understand software architecture and perform test analysis, design, and execution based on software testing methodologies.
4. Experience in problem-solving and improving QA processes.
5. Proficiency in both Korean and English.

Preferred

1. Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services.
2. Experience in QA within an Agile environment.
3. Familiarity with QA or test management tools.
