Job Description


Embedded in a dynamic team of project managers, you will be entrusted with series development projects for the fully electric drive systems of the future. In ongoing communication with the customer, you manage projects with a focus on electrification (main components: eMotor, inverter, software). Technical management and control of projects and the team are also among your strengths. The conscientious project documentation as well as the presentation of the results round off your profile. After an appropriate training period, you will take on the following tasks, among others: 

  • Technical management of international customer projects in the area of ​​drive systems for electric and hybrid systems
  • Independent conception and responsibility for the project schedule and budget
  • Forward-looking project management with regard to technology, quality, cost-effectiveness and deadlines
  • Sustainable development and leadership of project teams
  • Communication with internal and external partners or customers at eye level
  • Regular reporting to program and top management 
This is what you bring with you
  • Completed technical training at a TU/FH (electrical engineering/electronics, mechatronics, automation technology or similar)
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Knowledge in the development of automotive processes (ISO/SPICE) is an advantage
  • Team player, high degree of personal responsibility, organizational and communication skills, solution-oriented way of working, resilient, analytical thinker, appearance at eye level
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English is a must
  • Occasional willingness to travel
