As part of our mission, the Project Management team plays a critical role in leading complex implementations and ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. We work closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
3. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
4. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
5. Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution.
6. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to executive leadership and stakeholders.
7. Apply technical knowledge to support engineering and product teams during project lifecycles.
8. Stay informed on industry trends, including banking, crypto, and digital financial infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring

1. 5+ years of experience in project management within banking, crypto, or large SaaS enterprises.
2. Strong technical acumen, particularly in enterprise software, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
3. Proven ability to manage complex, customer-facing projects in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. A background in blockchain or digital assets is a strong advantage.
6. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of leading without direct authority.
7. A passion for innovation and emerging technologies in digital finance.

We operate on a hybrid work model with up to three days per week in-office, enabling our teams to benefit from face-to-face collaboration while maintaining flexibility.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $127,000 to $166,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
