Summary
You will have the following responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery:
Take the lead in developing new product features and contribute to the overall custody product vision and roadmap
- Act as the SME in digital asset custody and the intersection towards trading, staking, and DeFi services
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications to feed into an AI-driven SDLC
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and actively engage in stakeholder management across the business and development organizations
- Support decision-making by providing insights in the form of operational or management reports and performing ad-hoc analysis of custody related data
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system integrations and new product features, working closely with IT Infrastructure and Business Operations
- In case of incidents, troubleshoot and resolve issues together with our infrastructure and software development teams
- Ensure completeness of business documentation
Risk Management, Audit & Controls:
Participate in regular risk call updates and coordinate follow-up actions
- Drive and contribute to risk initiatives and related improvement programs
- Report operational or system incidents to the Risk function when required
- Perform and monitor operational and system controls related to Custody, maintain documentation and evidence to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements and audits
Operations Support:
Act as a key point of contact for the Custody department, supporting internal teams with questions about procedures, responsibilities, and internal tools
- Manage our internal user groups in cases of application related questions, troubleshooting or bug management, as well as internal education on new features
What you bring along?
- You are excited about crypto, and you are a self-driven, open-minded personality with strong analytical skills to recognize and solve problems efficiently
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or another subject that is related to the nature of this role
- Experience with external and internal audits and related standards such as ISAE 3402, SOC2, DORA, ISO 27001 and similar
- Solid knowledge about crypto currencies, blockchain technologies, cryptography, cybersecurity, risk management, and adversarial thinking and willing to go further down the rabbit hole
- Some experience with self-custody and knowledge how seeds, private keys and wallets work. Being a crypto OG is a plus
- Experience in the Swiss financial services industry and certifications in the areas of scrum, project management, business analysis or requirements engineering are a plus
- Profound stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to partner effectively with others in challenging circumstances
- Excellent languages skills in English and optionally German
