Summary

As the Product Manager for Coinbase across the EU, you will take the helm of our product and engineering team in the local market. Your primary responsibilities will involve spearheading growth initiatives and fine-tuning the Coinbase experience for EU consumers, ensuring a tailored product-market fit. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support. Your main emphasis will be on boosting revenue and fostering user growth.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Own product development / localization from conception to launch
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and other cross-functional teams to develop and steer the local product roadmap
3. Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
4. Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision
5. Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadership

What we look for in you:

1. 5+ years of product software management experience with a proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives 
2. Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
3. Structured problem solver and strong analytical skills
4. Both strategic and tactical thinking. You have strong intellect, a broad perspective, and the confidence to engage with senior leaders across multiple disciplines 
5. Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
6. Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that has the ability to succeed in a fast-paced ever changing environment

Nice to haves:

1. Previous experience shipping consumer-facing products in fintech, crypto exchanges, or trading platforms
2. Familiarity with managing product teams and driving business KPIs across regions, specifically Europe
3. Proficiency in a second (non English language) widely spoken EU language
