Summary

As a Product Manager at Ramp, you will be a driving force behind the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Bill Pay product. You will be responsible for leading a core team of engineers and designers to build amazing products that serve thousands of businesses, owning a set of key and customer & business problems. You will drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for your domain in order to meet ambitious company goals.

We’re looking for someone who can partner and collaborate across various internal teams, has a deep understanding of our customers and technology, and can deliver financial products to streamline complex business flows via a fantastic user experience.

Please note that this Product Management role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at one of our NYC or SF offices at least 2 days/week

What You’ll Do

  1. Match customer understanding with business goals to deliver great products and experiences alongside a team of world-class designers and engineers
  2. Own the product vision, strategy & roadmap for the (finance) admin experience on Ramp
  3. Help thousands of finance teams on Ramp more successfully manage their finances by expanding the capabilities of our product
  4. Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings, disambiguating the signal from the noise for the core product experience
  5. Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to grow the product management function as Ramp scales

What You Need

  1. BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
  2. Minimum 3 years product management experience
  3. Strong customer empathy and design thinking
  4. Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions
  5. Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers toward a common goal
  7. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams 
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

  1. Experience in high-growth startups
  2. Experience building products with significant AI component, bonus if leveraging LLMs
  3. Experience building consumer, financial products, or problem spaces requiring complex systems thinking
