Summary

Your role

:

1. Define the product strategy for an assigned product domain to attract and activate the next wave of crypto users and maximize their value.
2. Drive execution of the roadmap to achieve defined product goals.
3. Manage a team of cross-functional stakeholders (including engineering, design and marketing) to define requirements, prioritize, and execute.
4. Use data to make decisions; testing hypotheses with data is an essential part of the process; your performance will be measured on KPI improvements quarter over quarter.
5. Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
6. Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond.
7. Cultivate a team that recognizes the value of agile development and foster a culture of continuous delivery, quality orientation, and innovation.

What makes you stand out:

1. At least 3 years of Product Management experience.
2. Proven experience driving the product vision and roadmap for high-growth online consumer B2C businesses.
3. Comfortable to work under pressure and deliver in tight deadlines.
4. Basic understanding of consumer crypto products, including wallets and exchanges.
5. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Practical experience with JIRA.
7. Strong interest in the crypto and fintech fields.
8. Superb relationship management and communication skills.
9. Excellent command in English.
