Summary

We’re looking for a full stack product engineer to join our Protect team at Flashbots. The ideal candidate loves working with customers and developers, iterating in fast feedback cycles, and crafting delightful transaction experiences on Ethereum.

What you'll do:

1. Build High-Impact Products: Develop our core orderflow products like Flashbots Protect and MEV-Share that are used by millions of Ethereum users, while also innovating on net new features and products to upgrade the transacting experience in crypto.
2. Customer-First Innovation: Collaborate with marquee crypto partners like Uniswap and Chainlink to design and productionize cutting-edge features
3. Quality: Champion documentation, testing, QA, and tasteful API and UX design to make sure our products are reliable, accessible, and delightful to use.
4. Observability: Create and use analytics to help us better understand and support our customers, and drive insights about product improvements.

What we look for:

1. Product-Focused Engineer: You thrive on working closely with customers, collaborating in rapid feedback loops to drive high-impact, user-centric improvements. You're a strong communicator both internally and externally.
2. Full Stack Experience: You have 2+ years of experience building backend services, frontends, and developer tools.
3. Asynchronous Team Player: You excel in dynamic, asynchronous environments, exhibiting a strong bias for action and balancing independent work with team collaboration.
4. T-Shaped Problem Solver: Your technical expertise is complemented by broad domain knowledge, enabling you to champion and build a wide range of solutions.
