We are looking for a Product Designer to play a crucial role in shaping the future of Kraken in the Crypto space. We need an IC to spearhead the design and delivery of our new dopamine fueled degen trading app Inky from concept to delivery. Skills you should HODL

1. Proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work.
2. Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to take on challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
3. Working knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
4. Comfortable taking ownership of features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners.
5. Open-minded and collaborative, with an eagerness to learn from feedback and iterate on designs.
6. Data-informed approach to design decisions, balancing user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.
7. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and align with stakeholders.
