You will

1. Validator Economics
2. • Analyze validator performance, staking economics, and revenue drivers across networks.
3. • Conduct protocol-level research to understand incentives, validator mechanics, and network dynamics.
4. • Identify opportunities to optimize validator economics and validation strategies.
5. Strategic Insights
6. • Monitor the blockchain ecosystem to detect emerging opportunities, risks, and strategic developments.
7. • Produce insights and analysis to support product, business, and validation strategy decisions.
8. Data Solutions & Platform Development
9. • Design and deploy end-to-end data solutions, from analysis and modeling to production deployment.
10. • Maintain and optimize data pipelines for validator analytics, reporting, and protocol monitoring.
11. Data Governance
12. • Define data requirements for the Data Engineering team (granularity, frequency, and data quality).
13. • Govern domain data marts and ensure clear data lineage from source systems to reporting layers.
14. Business Support
15. • Build dashboards and analytical tools
16. • Provide ad-hoc analysis and data support

What we expect

1. Experience working with Solana data
2. Advanced SQL including different joins and window expressions. We are using Google BigQuery
3. Analytical Python stack.
4. Familiarity with ETL instruments such as Airflow, DBT
5. Data research skills, probability theory, and mathematical statistics. Ability to operate in such models as regressions and A/B tests.
6. Data storytelling skills. Ability to form your opinion and prove it with data beyond reasonable doubt.
7. Effective work with data consumers. You need to own a task, decompose it, and pass it after completion.
