Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Operations/Project Management
2. Evaluate both internal and external requests (e.g. ROI analysis).
3. Manage project requests (e.g. Rebranding, Token swap, Mainnet integration, Airdrop, etc.) from external partners (i.e. Listed tokens).
4. Manage operation requests (e.g. Legal Agreement, Risk Control System, Bot Enhancement, etc.).
5. Perform project management on implementation for successful requests (e.g. stakeholders management, run through different stages of SOP).
6. Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute requests.
7. Build up risk control systems and participate in ad-hoc events.
8. Drive new initiatives and be able to deliver quality results on time.
9. Support risk management and operations optimization projects.
10. Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary.

Requirements:

1. Experience with data querying using languages such as SQL and Python.
2. Experience in using tools such as Dune analytics, Flipside, Nansen, etc.
3. Have a strong passion for Web3 data and have knowledge of different crypto sectors, and familiar with the top players' mechanism of each sector.
4. Understand project smart contracts.
5. Humble and hardcore, match the company core value.
6. Organized, detail oriented and analytical.
7. Team player and effective communicator.
8. Data skill, proficient with Google suite of products.
9. Intermediate understanding of crypto.
