The Team

The Kraken Client Engagement team continues to grow at an astounding rate and we continue to hire as many talented specialists as we can find. On the Phone Support team, we are looking for quality and results driven candidates that can provide end-to-end support on a variety of our clients requests. 

By combining in-depth crypto knowledge, a passion for the industry, and a strong technical background, you can play a strong role in our success and ability to deliver world class support.

  • This role requires proficiency in English and either French or Spanish
  • You must be willing to work evenings and weekends

  • Flexibility: This is a full-time, 100% remote role working from home with various schedules and weekends required, we offer a generous amount of paid vacation time
  • Crypto Conviction: Possess a deep passion for, or understanding of the digital asset industry. Ideally you also have a strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies and trading
  • Client Support Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in phone support to clients
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability: Ability to multi-task and to handle high volumes of requests, all while creating a six-star experience for our clients

  • Pre-screen assessment on crypto and client support (to be completed in 72 hours)
  • Video call with our Talent Acquisition team (30 minutes)
  • Interview with the Client Engagement team (60 minutes)
  • Final interview with Client Engagement team managers/directors (60 minutes)
