Summary

LCX is a secure and compliant platform for buying, selling, transferring, and storing digital currency. The LCX Exchange is a regulated trading venue offering a range of digital currencies. In 2020 LCX has gained regulatory approval of 8 blockchain-related registrations by the Financial Market Authority. LCX was founded in 2018 with headquarters in Vaduz (Liechtenstein) and branches in Crypto-Valley Zug (Switzerland) and New Delhi (India).

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at LCX, you will be responsible for planning,executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to drive customeracquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. You will work closely with cross--functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.This role is based in our office setup and offers an exciting opportunity to make asignificant impact on our company's success

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve ROI and KPI targets,ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation toinform campaign targeting and messaging.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, ad copy, and creative assets to improve adrelevance and click-through rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports andinsights to the marketing team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives andassets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketingand implement new strategies as appropriate.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to refine campaigns and improve conversionrates. 
  • Work closely with the analytics team to track and measure the impact ofmarketing efforts on business metrics.
  • Stay informed about changes in digital advertising platforms; policies andalgorithms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in performance marketing of 1 - 2 years, with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and driving growth.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, FacebookBusiness Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informeddecisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications area plus.
