Overview

We are looking for an all rounded HR Operations talent to support our young, fun and a highly successful People team.  This is a dynamic, fast paced and hands on role, based Singapore, that will play an essential part in supporting a global HR function.  

Your will be responsible for all HR operations related matters, including but not limited to policy administration, end to end on-boarding process and recruitment support. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with managers and employees to make a significant impact dealing with real world HR issues.

You are a bright, resourceful individual who brings energy and passion to your role, you have between 2-4 years of experience working in a HR role from a financial services firm or technology company.  

Responsibilities 

Talent:

  • Ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters by actively facilitating the selection process
  • Ensures data integrity throughout the recruitment life cycle. This includes creating and maintaining trackers, saving and organizing supporting documentation, and proactively ensuring data and stats are being reported accurately
  • Manage the interview process by keeping track of candidate progress: arranging interviews according to preset interview panels, follow up on feedback, advance and reject candidates based on interview outcomes, create preparation material to ensure candidates are guided through each stage of the process
  • Ensure operational excellence, triage and highlight key issues that arise during the recruitment process and make suggestions to improve the experience for all parties involved
  • Initiate and monitors pre-hire diligence by gathering necessary details from the candidate or external recruitment agents

HR Operations:

  • Support the People Team by acting as a point of contact for HR policy administration and governance
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate and streamline various HR processes to support operational excellence
  • Document and organize information where you see a need, share best practices across the team, and suggest process improvements
  • Prioritize and act on client requests with urgency, partnering with others on needs that require additional support
  • Manage and support background checks, onboarding, and orientation processes for new staff
  • Maintain employment records and HR process documentation Review and process employee-related transactions in an accurate and timely manner in HRIS
  • Prepare and review employment related documents (i.e. contracts, verification letters, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking on immigration and visa status for relevant staff
  • Collaborate on and support other HR projects as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of working experience in a recruitment coordinator or HR operations position in a corporate environment
  • Ability to triage and resolve outstanding issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity under pressure
  • Strong work ethic, collaborative and supportive of other team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external communications
  • Demonstrate a client-servicing mentality and confidence when engaging with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross regional team-based environment
  • Working knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Greenhouse/ Workday experience/ LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Willingness to learn, grow and take on expanded duties as the needs of the business evolve
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
