As a Partnerships Executive at Liven Group, you will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to identify, negotiate, and secure new partners. You will also play a vital role in upselling to existing partnership customers and managing the entire sales cycle for referral partnership customers. This role is based out of Bali, Indonesia, and will involve working closely with local and international partners.
- Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to identify and sign new partners to expand the company's network.
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and effectively pitch Liven Group's services and products to potential partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for referral partnership customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Maintain detailed records of partnership agreements, negotiations, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Background in hospitality management or hospitality sales, with a deep understanding of the industry and its dynamics.
- Experience in SAAS (Software as a Service) sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
