Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Paid Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns remotely on a temporary 3-month contract, with the potential to extend up to 1 year. The primary focus is on Google Play and Apple Ads for the launch of our app, with eventual expansion to other digital channels. This position reports to the Head of Marketing in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns with a focus on app acquisition through Google Play and Apple Ads.
  2. Manage campaigns on Google Play and Apple Ads, expanding to Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and X over time.
  3. Develop full-funnel marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and app conversion.
  4. Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and copy specifically for app acquisition.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other relevant KPIs.
  6. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  7. Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams across time zones to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience managing app campaigns on Google Play and Apple Ads with measurable results.
  2. Strong background in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  3. Knowledge of crypto products, exchanges, blockchain protocols, or digital assets.
  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  5. Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  6. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  7. Able to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with team members.
  8. Willing to go beyond basic responsibilities to ensure results.
  9. Flexible to work across global time zones, including collaboration with Asia.
