Our Wallet Operations team seeks an Operations Specialist to oversee Asset Funds operations for Binance Wallet.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve given KPI
2. Assist the team lead to implement structured workflow, guidelines and improve team efficiency
3. Monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle and ensure that team’s project targets are met within the project timeline 
4. Monitor and resolve wallet issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
5. Investigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation
6. Analysis of issues faced by users and propose solutions
7. Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries

Good understanding of DEX Liquidity Strategy

Experienced with Trading Campaigns

Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learner

Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability

Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
