Summary
Responsibilities
- Partner with on-chain business units to design and implement advanced analytics solutions, transforming raw blockchain data into actionable insights.
- Lead analytical support for on-chain campaigns (e.g., airdrops, staking programs), ensuring accurate tracking of user eligibility, rewards distribution, and post-event ROI analysis.
- Build data dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Dune Analytics , Tableau) to monitor key metrics (TVL, user activity, gas trends) and inform strategic decisions.
- Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical.
Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- 3-5 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics or Data Science role
- A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques such as proprietary analytical software, data models and programming languages
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: Mastery of EVM-based chains (e.g., Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon), including consensus mechanisms, transaction lifecycle, and smart contract execution.
- Ability to decode transaction structures (e.g., Ethereum’s `txn` fields, Solana’s account-based model) and smart contract logs/events (ABI parsing, event signature analysis)
- Expertise in Dune Analytics (SQL + dashboarding) and at least one other platform (e.g., Nansen, Glassnode).
- Ability to query and decode raw blockchain data (e.g., BigQuery public datasets for Ethereum/Solana).
Competency in two or more of the following:
- A data visualization tool (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI,)
- A graphd querying language (e.g. NoSQL, Neo4J)
- Strong programming knowledge (e.g. Python, C++, Java, )
- A deep understand of other Non-EVM blockchain mechanisms (e.g. SUI, Solana)
